Project Purpose
One of the major objectives of this Trust is to enable people to have access to Scientific and Professional Assessment of Talent. This is not possible unless there are such kits available locally and affordably to citizens.
The TRUST, and in liaison with partners or Affiliates , will ensure that Gift and Talent Assessment kits are installed for FREE (DONATED) to deserving institutions that have applied. These will be a complete Gift and Talent Clinic.
Talent Clinics have machines and additional resources that enable professional and scientific methods in assessment of talents, thus avoids the usual guesswork through the “naked eyes”.
The Donation
The World Talent Federation, working with African Federation for Gifted and Talented, has donated equipment and supporting resources ( esp Gift and Talent Psych-Screening Software and The International Talent Database Access) to several developing countries. The TRUST takes pride in being an Official Coordinator and Partner of the project in Africa.
The donation comprises the following:
- Athropo-biometric Machines
- ODI Anthrop- Relay Antennas
- Oral Screen Ready Access Computers
- Gift and Talent Psych-Screening Software
- The International Talent Database
What are the grand benefits of this project?
The biggest achievement will be the creation of a “Regional Talent Database”. This database will have the full details of people in a country together with their verified/proven talent which is founded on a scientific and professional process.
Use will be made of this information to provide alternative pathways to learning hence no one will be left behind.
